Answer:

True

Explanation:

The above statement is TRUE because, despite the allowance of Kansas state law for parents, teachers, and caregivers to spank children as long as they don't bruise the kids, in 2014, the state Rep. Gail Finney believes that's not strict enough, but rather proposed a law that would allow children to be spanked up to 10 times, thereby potentially leaving bruises. In his words, spanking the kids “ could be a small amount of a bruise (and) a parent could still be charged with child abuse when it wasn’t anything serious.”

How long did galileo watch the moons before he realized they were orbiting jupiter?
Nesterboy [21]
Galileo turned his telescope peacefully to the skies. He started by observing the Moon, on which he discovered mountains and craters, not an even surface as was believed at the time. Then, on January 7th, 1610, while looking at Jupiter, he saw three small stars close to it, two to the east of the planet and one to the west. The next night he looked at them again and all three were to the west. Watching on subsequent nights he saw them in varying positions and realised that they were ‘wandering’ round Jupiter, as he later put it, moving around it in orbit. On January 13th he discovered a fourth satellite or moon.

devlian [24]

Answer:

There is alredy a treaty called Geneva Gas Protocol that banned the use of these weapons

The Geneva Gas Protocol, in full Protocol for the Prohibition of the Use in War of Asphyxiating, Poisonous or Other Gases, and of Bacteriological Methods of Warfare, in international law, treaty signed in 1925 by most of the world’s countries banning the use of chemical and biological weapons in warfare. It was drafted at the 1925 Geneva Conference as part of a series of measures designed to avoid repetition of the atrocities committed by the belligerents in World War I.

The problem is that it is difficult to implement but a good measure would be very high fines to the countries that produce or stockpile these weapons.
