The Battle of the Somme started on July 1st 1916. It lasted until November 1916.

The most games against German forces were made on September 17th.

July 1st was a disaster for the British. When the soldiers advanced, they were killed by machine gun and rifle fire. It was the bloodiest day in the history of the British army.

On September 17th, the British could not compete with the Germans in the air. The Germans launched a massive attack, but their advance was defeated by French artillery and machine guns, which stopped them in their tracks.

How was the scopes trial more than just a simple debate between evolution and creationism
Vikentia [17]

Answer:

In the scopes trial, Thomas Scopes was tried in court because he tried to teach the theory of evolution in Tennessee. The state was highly religious at that time, so they did not want anyone to teach theory of creation that contradicted the Bible.

On the surface, this might be seen as a case that debated evolution and creationism. But, it actually much more than that. it actually will determine whether the State has the ability to suppress knowledge/ideas in order to promote a certain Agenda.

This case became a national debate and eventually the court prohibited the states to force the teaching of a certain religion in public schools.

When working with sources, a writer can avoid plagiarism by:
valentinak56 [21]

Explanation and Answer:

A text writer can avoid plagiarism only in the case when he/she keeps records of all the sources to which he/she is referenced. If the author of the source that is used, does not stated, it is also a plagiarism. If sources that are similar to his or her own ideas are avoided and quotes from these sources are avoided, it can only contribute to gaining the impression that it tries to avoid plagiarism, on the contrary, it is necessary to quote similar sources as a confirmation of one's own attitude, with the consistent monitoring of its original and authentic idea.
