Alborosie
True, police are allowed to withhold the identity of an informant from defense in a trial, informats are protected by the law and the police departments, sometimes they are placed in situations just to find out any information related to a case, and colaborate with the securities bodies, if the law didn´t protect their anonymity, they probably would not do it, affecting the good performance of the police.

Answer:

Demonstrate a continual problem with product piracy in China.

Explanation:

IN united states , selling of replicas from other brand is clearly protected under The Trademark Counterfeiting Act of 1984. Everyone who are caught counterfeiting in united states can be sentenced with up to 10 years of prison times and monetary fines depending on how big the operation is.

This law is not extended to all countries globally.  China is the main perpetrator of U.S counterfeit products so far,  they take up more than 81% of total United States' pirated product.

It's hard to punish the people who live in different governmental jurisdiction. The best thing that United States and the allies can do is by punishing China with trade policies. But this do very little to hurt China's economy since they can pursue economic relationships with other countries which are not a part of our Alliance.

Give one argument in favor of the tea act and one argument against the tea act
klio [65]
The tea act was impulsive and unreasonable, the British lost lots of money that way. The Patriots could have just continued to boycott the tea but they chose not to, making the British fear them more. Since the British fear them, they will treat them worse in a futile attempt to tame them.

The tea act was a way of protest against the tax unfairly put on the Patriots. The Patriots boycotted the tea but felt that it wasn't enough, leading to them dumping crates of tea into the Boston Harbor. Like this, the British started to take them a bit more seriously, and actually started considering war.
