Grant, Wardle, and Steptoe, conducted a study on individuals aged 17 to 30, in 21 countries, to determine the relationship between seven health behaviors and life satisfaction.
The results showed positive relationships between life satisfaction and physical exercise, fruit consumption, abstinence from smoking and reduced fat intake, but did not show a positive relationship to fiber and <u>alcohol consumption</u><u>.</u>
