Second Continental Congress was the meeting between 13 colonies that formed USA as it was in this meeting that the states agreed to the terms of the constitution.

Explanation:

Second Continental Congress was a meeting between the leaders of the original 13 colonies that formed the United States of America. It was held in 1775, before the independence of the nation.

These leaders sat together to discuss the possibility of a united country and if it was possible how they were to go about it when the British wold be gone.

This was agreed upon then and there and the 13 colonies promised to become a part of the country and the constitution was drawn up based on the principles thus understood between the 13 parties.

The Second Continental Congress was significant because of making unity and a common organization between colonies. It spreads the essence of peace through out all the colonies.

Explanation:

Second continental congress was delegated meeting held in United States by taking all thirteen participant colonies for promoting some issues like easiest way of making independence, discussion on the theme of article of confederation, preparation of a model treaty etc.

During the American revolutionary war all the participant colonies means thirteen colonies sent their delegates to be united in America for a discussion and unity in the issues like secrecy, arms related matters, currency etc. They appointed the general head of the army also.
