Answer: The First thing to do would be to lay the ground rules of the group, including no threats and/or aggression

Explanation:

All members involved should openly express their feelings/needs. The facilitator should try and keep members positive and also have a positive attitude. The parties that are involved in the conflict should be validated and acknowledged . The cause or source of the conflict must be identified and discussed, each taking turns speaking and also listening attentively. Both parties interests and needs has to be identified. Possible solutions will be discussed and also stating advantages or disadvantages to all available solutions. It is important to be direct and honest and also make sure the solutions are balanced, specific and fair to all groups involve.
