Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

We have 2 clusters of angles here: one with S in the middle and one with P in the middle. Corresponding angles means that within each cluster, 2 angles are sitting in the same position, one in each cluster. Angle QPN is corresponding to angle TSP because both of the angles are sitting below line UN, and each is sitting to the right of its transversal.

Solve for x & y. 30x−42y=−6 and 5x−7y=−1
vladimir1956 [14]
Um.. Both of those equations are the exact same. Divide both sides of the first equation by 6. You get:

\frac{30x  - 42y}{6} = \frac{-6}{6} \\ 5x - 7y = -1

That is the exact same as the second equation. This system has an infinite number of solutions. 5x - 7y = -1 is a line, so basically every point on that line is a solution to the system.

For example, x = 0 and y = \frac{1}{7} would work, but so would x = 1 and y = \frac{6}{7}

What is the value of x is in the solution set of 8x-6>12+2x?
fiasKO [112]

Answer:

see explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

8x - 6 > 12 + 2x ( subtract 2x from both sides )

6x - 6 > 12 ( add 6 to both sides )

6x > 18 ( divide both sides by 6 )

x > 3

Any value of x greater than 3 will be in the solution set

Solve. 4.75t + 5 = 13.5t + 12 The solution is t = .
Eddi Din [679]
Answer: t= -0.799
This can also be written as t= -0.8

How to do it :

4.74t+ 5 = 13.5t + 12

first, subtract 4.74t from both sides
5= 8.76t + 12

next, subtract 12 from each side
-7 = 8.76t

next, divide 8.76 from each sides

-0.799 = t
