What best describes the thesis statement of an argumentative essay is a sentence that estabilishes the position on the topic.

It should always appear in the introduction in order to provide the position of the writer in relation to the topic.  It is important that should be made in one or two sentences and then continue with the development of the argumentative essay.

This is probably biological warfare because it's not allowed according to the Geneva congress. Using poisons, toxic matters, viruses and bacteria, as well as flamethrowers and things like that are forbidden or else it will be considered a war crime and people will answer for it. It was practiced in World War 1 but was forbidden after.
