Answer:

The hydrosphere is partially responsible for most of the weather that we can see. So if you remove it, our weather will change, but there still be something called weather, and this new weather will be drastically different to the one we know, because when you lose the hydrosphere, you lose things such as the water cycle.

My Answer: The hydrosphere works in combination with the atmosphere to create most of the weather that we experience .  These two spheres are responsible for the production of the water cycle, without which we would not have much of the weather we experience today.
