Depending on the status of a person in the Inca Empire, a person would be bestowed with clothes that were made out of cotton (for those on the coasts), Alpaca and Llama wool, and for those of the highest status, most importantly the emperor, clothes would be made of Vicuña wool since it was the softest and best. However, these clothes were weaved on a particular machine known as the backstrap loom and the most commonly used material was Alpaca wool. This is why the answer is the last one.
