Many believed that the study should have been terminated from the beginning taken that even if the doctors did not believe that the conducted study was morally and ethically wrong to lie just to get patients to participate in the study. From the beginning, the participants had the right to know what were the procedures given to them and at the same time they should have the knowledge on the complete processes the study will undergo. At the moment, protocols are made to mandate of putting human life above the
scientific experiments. To ensure that human lives will never be put again in compromise, guidelines are implemented to make sure that studies like Tuskegee Syphilis Study will never happen again.
