First in Korea which was a successful front, and then in Vietnam which wasn't successful and the country became communist eventually.

After the French revolution occurred many French men (even Haitians slaves) were freed and considered equal under the law and while it happened a cascade of revolutions were being prepared. The Taiping Rebellion lead to one of the biggest genocides in history.
The French Revolution lead to the spread of enlightenment ideas around Europe, it was the fact that the revolutionaries ideas spread around the continent. The Taiping Rebellion left many fertile lands destroyed as well as it inspired many revolutionaries.
