To get the average of all the single rooms in the hotel:
80 * 75 + 90* 80 + 100* 90/ 80 + 90 + 100 = 6000 + 7200 + 9000/270 
22200/270 = 82. 22
Thus, the average potential average single rate for the hotel is $82.22.
