Family is very important because they are there for you in your darkest times. They are your very first and your very last friends, they will be there for you. At your death bed they will be holding your hands wishing you won't past. During your life they are the ones who truly love you for the person you are and they are the one with whom you share laughs, cries, and gets angry at.

Family is important because they are the ones who will support you no matter what. Your will help you with your problems as best as they can...they are the ones who raised you for so long that they can tell if something is off even if you are acting perfectly normal. They are the ones who will embarrass you in front of your friends, but then they will also be the ones who are overprotective over you if anything or anyone harms you. Family always sticks together even through harsh time, they are the ones who know your deepest darkest secrets, your wishes, and they will support you until the end.
