To some people, mostly younger kids and mid teens, they think maybe it should speed up some.
To older people, such as the elderly, they think it is too fast.

I didn't give it 10/10 because I think that these are for winter, and you're gonna get your feet wet because that isn't waterproof fabric. Also your feet might get cold.
