Nazi Germany build concentration camps in Polandto kill larger numbers of people.

Further Explanations:

The economic crisis stuck down Germany during the 1930s and the country went into economic depression. Numerous people got unemployed because of depression and the humiliating defeat it suffered during WWI was still fresh. All these disputes opened the door for the new German leader Adolf Hitler and his party “Nazi party” also known as Nazi’s. Hitler was a powerful spokesperson and his speeches were promising a strong government in Germany. Hitler’s promises were to gain the support of German citizens and attain commandership of the whole of Germany.

Polish built about six concentration camps in Poland namely Chełmno, Belzec, Treblinka, Majdanek, Auschwitz-Birkenau, and Sobibor so as to kill most of the Polish citizens. Around 800,000 citizens were killed in these camps. Most of the citizens killed were opponents of Hitler or the prisoners during his annexation. The way in which the prisoners were killed was very brutal and inhumane. They were either locked in the gas compartment or were subjected to supersonic sound waves.

The Nazi Germany built concentration camps all along the German-occupied territories in order to make war prisoners work while living in extreme poor conditions. Thousands of ordinary people were imprisoned and enslaved as a condition to respond to the German war effort. Prisoners who suffered from starvation, diseases and executions had been put into these camps because of the racist policies.

During the Holocaust the Germans turned Auschwitz into the major concentration death camp because of its extermination facilities. Besides, a great number of Jews lived in Eastern Europe, particularly in Poland. Jews were taken to Auschwitz death camp, killed by annihilating gas in the chambers and then, their bodies were burnt in the crematoria. At this place, the Germans could hide the evidence of these crimes.
