When did More British Troops Arive in Boston and why did the Colonists get so upset and why did they come in the First Place?

Answer:

British troops came to America during the French and Indian war which was a continuation of the 7years war in Europe. They came to protect the colonists from Indian attackers. (Indian in this context is referring to native Americans) the colonists got upset because they were forced to welcome these soldiers into their homes which they saw as a suppression of their rights to property. They got even more mad when the soldiers stayed past the end of the war.
