Woodlice are more active as they move from a dry area to humid area. The innate behavior that is being displayed here is migration. Migration is the transfer of one group of organism from the original habitat to a different place or habitat. It is a universal move for almost all of the organisms in the ecosystem. Migration is done as a form of adapting into an imperfect habitat or environment. Animals also migrate in a quest to look for better places to breed and and reproduce.

Juli2301 [7.4K]

Answer: This is because animals (like humans) have more organelles to store in our bodies than bacteria. This makes sense because without all of our organelles we wouldn't be able to function properly. This is just another one of those form=function things.

What were the early plants called?
umka2103 [35]

Explanation:

The oldest fossil evidence of seed plants is of Late Devonian age, and they appear to have evolved out of an earlier group known as the progymnosperms. These early seed plants ranged from trees to small, rambling shrubs; like most early progymnosperms, they were woody plants with fern-like foliage.
