How did easy credit contribute to the great depression?

History
1 answer:
goblinko [34]2 years ago

The depression in the 1930s was caused by excess expansion of creditduring the 1920s. This over extension by banks caused an unnatural disequilibrium in the money markets that initially caused a boom then a bust. Booms are sure signs of impeding busts when fueled by loseeasy credit.

How did the development of agriculture cause city life to emerge?
Nesterboy [21]
You could say life became easier, people no longer had to move from place to place. They could also spend time on hobbies instead of always growing food. They began to settle down in villages to a safer easier life.
