It points to Allah(God) by considering some facts and happenings in nature. Firstly we should think about who makes it possible for rain to fall from the sky.
We should also consider how eggs hatch to produce new offsprings. We should also consider how regeneration of body parts in animals is made possible. It has to be the doing of Allah for all this to be made possible on Earth and points to the existence of Allah(God).
