The belief that human action is a result of an interaction among three variables is what Bandura calls the triadic reciprocal causation.

The triadic reciprocal causation consists of the following:

1. Personal factors (feelings, ideas, etc.)

2. Behavior

3. Outside environment

These three factors are dealt in the Reciprocal Determinism Concept.
