As the new office manager at a medical office, you discover that several of the employees are not behaving in a welcoming or war

m manner towards you. Several of them have complained when you attempt to implement new policies and procedures and some have openly stated that they preferred the former office manager's way of doing things. What can you do to create a cohesive working team in your office?
