The case<em> Worcester v. Georgia</em> (1832) stated that the Cherokee Nation was sovereign, and as such, they did not have to follow the mandates of Georgia's government. Tribal sovereignty, therefore, was first recognized in this case.

Despite this ruling, the Cherokee were forcibly removed from their land. President Andrew Jackson decided to ignore the ruling, and this forced removal is what is now called the Trail of Tears.

Cherokee v,. Georgia determinded that they were a separate foreign entity and did not have to be moved.

President Jackson ignored Marshall's ruling and moved them anyway.

Party members share similar ideas about what they want the government to do.  The whole point of democracy is that the citizens influence it, and that is what political parties do.

GMT is -5 hours ahead of us during Daylight Savings Time and -6 hours during standard time.

So if it is 12PM in Greenwich then it would be 5 hours earlier or 7am in Dallas.
