Explanation:

Nat Turner led one of the bloodiest slave revolts in the history of the United States which led to the deaths of over 60 people with most of them being white.

He was however defeated and made to flee after which he was captured and executed in two months. Slave codes became so much more stricter as a result so that there would be less risk of a rebellion in future.
