Ok so I will tell answers from left to right column (1st column is leftmost, 4th column is rightmost)

 
1st collumn is starting with 4 and going up by 4 each time so the blanks in the first column are 4,8,20

2nd collumn is starting with 11 and going up by 11 each time so the blanks in the second column are 11, 33

3rd column is staring with 5 and going up by 5 every time so the blanks in the third column are 5,10,20

4th column is starting with  7 and going up by 7 every time so the blanks in the fourth column are 7, 28, 42
