The national self-determination was the idea that communities should govern themselves and that the individuals would be able to determine the eventual legislative standing of their country. In the settlement of Versailles, lands were rendered to their people.

Though some of these perceptions don't face reality. Since 2009 migration flows from Mexico(more people leaving than coming). Mexico has undergone over the last few decades.
