the area of the triangle :

first you should find the height
$6.4 - 3.6 = 2.8$
now :
$(2.8 \times 7) \div 2 = 19.6 \div 2 = 9.8$


the area of the whole shape :
$28.8 + 9.8 = 19$

the answer is 19ft^2
