My personal opinion:
Freedom is the ability to do whatever you want, but responsibility is knowing the limits of that power and being able to tell what things are moral and smart to do.

Fluent readers use a variety of strategies to help them comprehend texts.
Lina20 [59]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

Because fluent readers do not have to concentrate on decoding words, they can focus their attention on what the text means. They can make connections between the ideas in the text and their background knowledge. In other words, fluent readers recognize words and comprehend at the same time.

In the Good Samaritan, the morning after the incident, Jim’s alarm wakes him up.

What options did Jim consider that morning?

What were the consequences of these options?

Answer:

Going back to sleep or going to the hospital to check on the stranger.

Going back to sleep would have prevent him from finding the truth: the stranger had robbed him nad died.

Explanation:

Jim could have stay home after the alarm went off, and he wouldn´t have found out the truth about the man he helped the night before. It´s only because he decides to go back to the hospital that he realizes he had been robbed by the stranger he then tried to save, and that person had died while in the hospital.
