Answer:

Biomes are determined primarily by temperature and precipitation. Generally speaking, biomes at higherlatitudes (further away from the equator) are cooler and drier. Closer to the equator, biomes are generally warmer and wetter, as warmer air holds more moisture than colder air.

Tanzania [10]
The very inside of the flower, at the center is the ovary. The ovary extends upwards to become the style and then the stigma on top of that. All three of these structures combined are called the pistil.  Surrounding the style can be one or more filaments each with an anther on the top which contains the pollen. Around all of those structures are the petals, when combined are the corolla. At the base of the corolla, there are green leaves called calyx.directly under the ovary is the peduncle or stem. Please see the attached diagram for more information.

Which of the following results provided evidence of a discrete nuclear localization signal somewhere on the nucleoplasmin protei
Akimi4 [234]

Answer:

Option B, After cleavage of the nucleoplasmin protein, only the tail segments appeared in the nucleus

Explanation:

Cleaving of nuclear localization signals occurs before the transportation into the nucleus. Before that it is responsible for sending nuclear protein continuously after every cell division leaving very little protein in the cytoplasm. Once the cleaving occurs, the nuclear localization signals, no more protein can be transmitted thereby leaving very little protein tail segments in the nucleus. Also the signal sequences on the proteins are removed once they are trans located.

Hence, option B is correct
