Answer:

A) It has excessive coordination.

Explanation:

Coordination refers to the organization of the different elements of a sentence, which makes them work together effectively or go together well.

The sentence given contains four independent clauses which do not work well together. Independent clauses must be separated from one another by a colon, semicolon, or a comma plus a coordinating conjunction. Therefore, a revision of the sentence would include their separation with a semicolon:

Matt Sorum was playing with The Cult and he was recruited by Slash of Guns and Roses; so he played with Guns and Roses, but he has since returned to The Cult.

Write about a time when you realized that GROWING UP could be demanding, rewarding, and tough.
aliina [53]

Answer: I remember finding out that growing up could be demanding, rewarding, and tough because in my pre-teen years, I couldn’t make any actual friends because my low-self esteem and lack of confidence. It happened because I was being bullied, the more the bullies chant nasty words towards me, the more I started to believe it. Some assignments were hard and confusing, I began to stress out. However, because I had no one to talk to or spend time with, I focused on my assignments and began to improve some skills such as grammar, typing, art, etc. I managed to make some online/gaming friends, I don’t feel lonely as I did back then.

denis-greek [22]

The pamphlet seeks to engage Americans in the fight against the British. Indeed, Paine wrote The American Crisis pamphlets during the early stages of the American Revolution that were very unfavorable to Americans and when their cause seemed more uncertain than ever. Support for the Revolution was waning and Paine intended to galvanize it in order to facilitate a turnaround of the current situation.

The analogy of winter intends to show the reader that as winter gives way to the new life of Spring, the initial struggles and defeats of the American Revolution would give life to victory. The use of the terms hope and virtue intend to show Americans that this was a just war against tyranny and that the alternative to victory was the death of democracy.
