A disadvantage of maintaining a small inventory is the "high freight bill". To define with, a freight bill is a payment or the cost of transporting goods and stocks. Well, when we have a less inventory, there will be higher chances that you need to order another stock when demand increases and ordering another stock will give additional expenses on transporting the products.

Semmy [17]

)Answer:

The correct answer is letter "B": International trade allows a country to specialize in items that can be produced most efficiently in that country.

Explanation:

Adam Smith (1723-1790), David Ricardo (1772-1823) and Eli Heckscher (1879-1952) and Bertil Ohlin (1899-1797) jointly provided their thoughts on international trade each one with their own position. In common, they believed international trade allowed companies to specialize in the production of goods they were the best at so countries could export those goods while importing goods whose production was developed by other countries specializing in them.

In such a scenario, countries would approach an absolute advantage and maximum efficiency. Either theory assumed there were no trade barriers and that the factors of production cannot move between countries.

Talks-A-Lot, Inc. sells cell phones to customers and expects that 5% of phones sold will be returned for repair under its warran
ivann1987 [24]

Answer:

Warranty liability $2,128

Explanation:

680 phones sold x 5% x $76 per repaired phone = $2,584 total warranty liability

6 phones were repaired during the year x $76 =  $456

remaining warranty liability = total estimated liability - money spent repairing phones during the year = $2,584 - $456 = $2,128

total outstanding warranty liability = $2,128

Since phone warranties last less than a year, the full amount should be recorded under current liabilities.
