As a response to Japan's invasion of French Indochina, the United States "<span>D. froze all of Japan's financial assets in the United States," since it was thought that this would put enough pressure on the Japanese to release their "grip" on the region. </span>
Explanation: during the years 1865-1877 alot of things where going wrong. Then again alot of things were going wrong dating back to the years of but none where as bad as what was coming during the laws creation. also because of the great Reconstuction african americans status had to be noticed. even though this was done it didn't protect the african americans from white persucation and discrimnation. SO basiclly the entire law failed. Even then the goverment didn't give up so but then The Proclamation of Amnesty and Reconstruction was Lincoln's plan to reintegrate the Confederate states back into the Union, granting presidential pardons to all Southerners (except political leaders) who took an oath of future allegiance to the Union. Which made bad news for the african americans. though in the end it was so-so resolved when they gave african americans education, voting right and more.
