hello! well i am mexican and i love to go to puebla !!

my favorite dish from there is called mole poblano is like a sweet with spicy flavor sauce that you mix it with tortilla, chicken, and meat. the color is a dark brown tone and in some parts of mexico they mix it with Coca-Cola for a christmas dish called adobado

The culinary I'm going to talk about is mole poblano, it's the classical dish from Puebla. The mole is made with chocolate, chile, nuts, banana, tomatoes, and pepper. People in Puebla usually eat it with rice and tortillas. The dish will be a bit sweet and they will put it on top of cooked chicken and add rice to it. Finally, i hope now you know my favorite dish of Puebla which is mole poblano.
