Answer:

Explanation:

Rainforests are the sources of minerals, fruits and vegetables. This is because of the fact that the region acquires an annual rainfall of 250 and 450 centimeters. This supports the growth of diversity of floral species like sugarcanes, cinnamon, rubber, medicine and pineapples. Due to the availability of appropriate rainfall the region exhibit highly fertile soil which can support the agricultural practices. The region is also suitable for the mining of inorganic minerals as it is not completely inhabited by the human population therefore, the society will remain protected against the mining hazards. It is also ideal for the construction as the land will be occupied with aesthetic beauty of nature.

On the basis of above reasons the humans have impacted the rainforests on large scale. Therefore, the statement, Humans have impacted the rainforests through mining, agriculture, and construction. is true.

Further explanation

Rainforests play an important role in our planet, as it is affected the region's climate and global climate change. Rainforest is home to the largest concentration of biodiversity and a massive reservoir of carbon and produces rainfall all around the planet. The rain the forest generates also helps fill reservoirs for major cities and irrigate crops. It slows soil erosion and prevent flooding.

The amount of tropical rainforest throughout the world have been decreased due to deforestation. The vast majority of the deforestation right now were caused by mining, logging, infrastructure expansion, and agriculture expansion.

Conversion from rainforest into agriculture plantation because of the increased of global demand for commodities such as palm oil and soybean. The infrastructure expansion also causes deforestation, for example, build a new road and new residential areas. This also can lead to logging and illegal logging due to easier access and transportation. Mining also causes deforestation, to mine, trees, and vegetation are cleared and burned.
