Answer:

The following are the modifications in experimental conditions, which influence enzyme-mediated reactions:

1. With the increase in temperature, the kinetic energy possessed by the molecules also increases, and as enzymes catalyze the reactions by colliding randomly with the molecules of substrate, therefore, the elevation of temperature enhances the rate of reaction.

2. Increasing the concentration of substrate enhances the rate of reaction, as more substrate molecules collide with the molecules of enzyme, thus, the formation of more products takes place.

3. Elevating the concentration of enzyme, also enhances the rate of reaction, as more enzymes will come in contact with the molecules of the substrate.

Hybrid inviability is when a hybrid animal is biologically unable to grow up to be a healthy mature adult. This condition results in isolation from hybrids and pure breeds.

Hybrid infertility is a conditio experienced by hybrid animals when they cannot reproduce. This prevents the spreading of the hyrbid species into uncontrollable populations.
