No, blood is a part of an organ system, known as the cardiovascular system.

Reasoning:

1. Blood consists of cells and it is a fluid. Would you call a fluid (a liquid or gaseous substance) an organ?

2. Blood does have tissue, and it is called connective tissue. This is only sometimes. However, an organ consists of many different tissues.

3. To go with point 1, since blood is a fluid, there is no structured organization.

4. Organs must be solid or gelatinous.

In summary, blood is NOT an organ.
