The disease that bacteria causes in the choices is Pneumonia. Pneumonia are caused by Staphylococcus aureos that causes variety of infections in our body. Including food poisoning, toxic syndrome, pneumonia, cellulitis and also boils. Hope this answer helps you on what you need. :D
