In your own words, explain why the landscape of Florida has not changed over time like that of Colorado.

Explanation:

Its because of the way Florida was formed. Colorado is close to or on a geologically unstable zone. The pressure of the coastal tectonic plate is pushing up the Rockies. Florida was formed by a completely different process.
