The Dada performance of “Karawane” doesn't make sense because B. it was part of a movement that devalued logical thinking

Explanation:

Karawane is a poem made byHugo Ball, and it was performed originally in the Cabaret Voltaire, Zurich in 1916 . In 1916 he started a satirical night-club in Zurich, the Cabaret Voltaire, and a magazine which, wrote Ball, 'will bear the name ”Dada”. The printed version of Karawane was later published in the Dada Almanach, as Ball´s performance can be seen as one of the key moments in the development of Dada.

Dada was developed as the reaction to World War I. It is consist of artists who rejected the logic, reason, and aestheticism of modern capitalist society, instead expressing nonsense, irrationality, and anti-bourgeois protest in their works.

Dada art is nonsensical to the point of whimsy. Almost all of the people who created it were ferociously serious. Abstraction and Expressionism were the main influences on Dada, also the Cubism and Futurism. Dada has often been thought of as an artistic movement that attempted to replace cool calculation and logic with spontaneity and irrationality. The Dada performance of “Karawane” doesn't make sense because B. it was part of a movement that devalued logical thinking
