The sinking or Lusitania on 7 May 1915 was a significant event during WW1. It was a passenger liner sunk by German submarine during World War 1. It lead to America declaring war on Germany.

The Sepoy Mutiny was a rebellion of the Indian population (specifically Indian soldiers: Sepoy means a soldier), and this rebellion was lost by the Indian population and Great Britain suppress it.
In order to prevent new rebellions Great Britain reorganized their rule over India and created the British Raj -direct rule.
