The process of preparing the US army and people for World War I was called

History

Answer:

RECRUITING

Explanation:

Crucial to US involvement in the war was the massive domestic propaganda led by the Committee on Public Information overseen by George Wing. The campaign included tens of thousands of prominent government-elects who delivered carefully prepared war speeches at thousands of public gatherings. Other branches of government were involved in the action, and private retaliatory groups such as the American Protective League carried out repression against people who opposed the US entry into the war or were of German descent. Other forms of propaganda included films, photographs, large posters...

The United States has never formally been a member of the Allies, but they have become some sort of associated force. The US had a small army, but recruited four million soldiers, and in the summer of 1918 sent 10,000 fresh troops to France every day. Germany has recalculated, believing that the United States will need much more time to send forces to Europe, and that their arrival will be able to prevent the use of submarines.

Describe the process of Western Europe transforming from a unified Roman Empire in 330 to independent nation-states in 1500.
Nikitich [7]

The process that saw Western Europe going from a unified Roman Empire to independent nation-states was:

 • Roman empire weakens and barbarians take hold of Roman lands.
 • Barbarians establish numerous Kingdoms and nation-states.
 • Monarchs share power with nobles in the feudalistic system.
 • Black death weakens the power of nobles and increases that of monarchs.
 • Monarchs consolidate power and establish true nation-states.

How did Europe's nation-states form?

After the Roman empire broke up as a result of several factors including the incursions of barbarians, several kingdoms were formed.

These kingdoms expanded and contracted under the reign of kings who shared power with nobles. Eventually, the monarchs gained the upper hand and established independent nation-states.

How were defeated nations treated by the Allies
mel-nik [20]

Answer:

which war are you talking about, am assuming your talking about ww2.

The western allies treated the defeated nations way better than the soviets.

The soviets after ww2 from 1945-1950 committed the Prussian German genocide which is never really talked about but never the less its how the soviets treated the Germans after the war.

there was a genocide and expulsion of 13.5 million Prussian Germans. The Soviets justified this because the Germans committed horrific atrocities during ww2. Japan was treated fairly decent but mainly western allies treated the occupied territory fair compared to the Soviets. The Russians were seeking revenge as 20 or more million Russians died during ww2.
