The chemical name of the substance more commonly referred to as table sugar is sucrose. This is an abundant sugar that is found in many plants and plant parts but most commonly extracted from canes. The chemical formula for sucrose is C12H22O11.
That then right after heat it evaporates and then the water that is still in the bowl lowers because of the heat that sends out water molecules that just disappear. :)
