Minutes should be graphed on x - axis as it repeatedly increases by 1 and seems to be independent. (Remember the independent variable is on x-axis). The axis increment should be one as told before, that the terms are increasing by 1.
Now, Temperature should e graphed on y-axis because it seems to depend on Minutes. The axis increment should also be 1 for this as although, it not increasing by 1 but still at some points increases by 1. So, the axis increment should be 1 for Temperature.
