NARRATIVE WRITING: Exhibit your narrative writing skills and create a short narrative using the following prompt: "On a chilly f
nlexa [21]

Answer:

A narrative essay tells a story. In fact, narrative is another word for story. In this unit, you will

learn how to organize and write a narrative essay. Even though the narrative essay has the same basic

form as most other academic essays, it allows the writer to be a little more creative than academic

essays usually do. Narratives can tell long stories or just a few minutes’ worth of excitement. While the

narrative essay has a particular structure, narrative ideas are often used in different writing tasks, such

as argument or compare-contrast.

How do the examples of Michael Scott and Romeo and Juliet
natta225 [31]

Answer:

Written by Applepi101

This helps to justify what Shakespeare expressed in his statement that people should not make fun of love at first sight because it just may be real. The author introduces us to a character from "The Office" to show us an example of what we mock when we think of love at first sight. The character does everything possible to find the model only to discover that she is, unfortunately, dead. Even so, he visited her grave, singing a requiem to what could have been. In paragraph 21, the author describes a similar event in the love story of Romeo and Juliet. Although Romeo and Juliet did not know each other, he had fallen in love with her at first sight and expressed through a sonnet that he wanted to kiss her, and she, in the end, agrees with his feelings.

I do not have the text, so I hope this helps you write your answer!

Which details from the text support the inference that Miss Emilie thinks Lily should be working harder but Lily's mother does n
dolphi86 [110]

Answer:

Option A and Option C.

Explanation:

The details from the text that supports the idea that Miss Emilie thinks Lily should be working hard while her mother does not are "I had assumed you would have come here straight from school since we only have a few days to prepare for your audition," Miss Emilie said, tapping her foot impatiently.

"Lily, sweetheart, I am worried that you are working much too hard for this audition," her mother said. "I wish you would find some perspective and realize that ballet is not the most important thing in the world."

Lily' mother and Miss Emilia had contradicting opinions regarding Lily's ballet practice. Lily's mother felt that Lily was putting too much of effort for the audition while Miss Emilie wanted Lily to put more effort so that she could make it through the audition.
