Answer:

The reason the author is showing some animals on the farm are more intelligent than others is to show that an equal society is not possible. They have 7 commandments but later some where changed later on and the very last one was changed from “All animals are equal” later on changed to “All animals are equal but some are more equal than others” Later the pigs where the ones that took over all the animals without them noticing. In history all these animals represent a dictator. The thing is most of these animals wanted power, once they got the power they use it for bad (dictatorship). Napoleon takes snowballs idea and calls it his own and gains power.

Answer:

The author George Orwell, of Animal Farm makes his point by using a structure of farm animals resembling the Russian Revolution. All having a political connection. First , there's corruption, exploitation, deception, and lastly apathy. The animals had a guiding document that they all lived by and later was modified to a single commandment, "All animals are equal but some animals are more than others". Here the author makes the pigs the most educated animal in the farm, making a clear point that some animals on the farm are more intelligent than others.

It will be recorded that the distance of Hawaii from Japan makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks ago.)

During the intervening time the Japanese Government has deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.

Explanation:

In his “Day of Infamy" speech, Franklin D. Roosevelt claims that Japan was dishonest in its dealings with the United States. He says that the Japanese planned months ahead for the Pearl Harbor attack and acted dishonorable by acting unprovoked which cost the lives of many people in Pearl Harbor.

Therefore, the two lines in the speech that best provides evidence to support his claim are:

1. It will be recorded that the distance of Hawaii from Japan makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks ago.)

2. During the intervening time the Japanese Government has deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.

What is the most likely reason the author chose a free verse structure for "Song of Myself"? Free verse suited the poet’s mood w
GuDViN [60]

The most likely reason the author chose a free verse structure for "Song of Myself" is that:

Free verse allowed for the expression of expansive ideas.

Walt Whitman in his poem “Song of Myself” prohibits himself from singing the songs of war, rage, and journeys and instead sings the song of himself as the subject of his poem. The poem deals about his journey and experience in this world. There are two main characters in his poem, which are 'I' and 'you.' Whitman speaks about the grass which is the symbol of democracy. He says that the grass of democracy feeds itself on the bodies of the dead. In the poem Whitman used stanzas of varying length and the topic of his poem changed with change in stanzas.
