Explanation the carnivorous human crept in the shadows of the sewers on all four, hunting its prey....then it heard a voice " mommy where are you..." the human monster thing crept opon the voice...the he peeked up from the sewers...there he saw a little paper boat float down to him...there he saw a little child in a yellow raincoat and red boots... the carnivorous thing said " here tack the boat timmy..." the scene goes out to have the little boys hat sitting in the running sewer water with a faint scream....
