Looks like the question is not completed. But, I will try to answer s much as I can. So, from what the question is trying to ask, I do believe that the question is stated as "what are protiens made out of". S from there i'll answer it.

Amino Acids, which are small building blocks are pretty much what protiens are made out of. But, it's more like a chain, and they're are chained up.
