These are five steps I know of from experience, previous research, and learning.

1.) Research

2.) Choose what plan works best for you.

3.) Start the plan slowly, taking it step by step. This includes healthy eating habits and daily exercise.

4). Don't burn yourself out.

5). Learn how to recognise when a plan is working for you and when it isn't.
