Buoyancy was provided by huge tanks containing gasoline, which is lighter than seawater. The vessel hung beneath these tanks. Iron weights fixed to the outside of the hull by magnets were used as ballast, causing the bathyscaphe to descend.

Use sensory language and describe the sunset.
maxonik [38]

Answer:

You can describe the sunset using the five senses.

Sight: What colors are there? Vibrant pink? Dull blue? Blinding white? Also mention the shapes. Do you see a perfect sphere (the sun)? Wispy clouds? Pinpricks of stars appearing?

Hearing: Is there wind in the background? Is it quiet as everyone falls asleep? Do you notice your own breathing?

Smell: Kind of hard, but depending on the time of year, you could mention the smell of flowers, freshly cut grass, or fireplaces burning.

Taste: Harder than smell - maybe you could mention food you've been eating or something cozy you've been drinking while you watch? You can skip this sense if you want.

Touch: Describe where you are. Are you sitting on fine dirt? A scratchy, fraying lawn chair? The rough roof? Also mention the temperature - are you shivering from the cold or sweating from the heat?

Try to come up with your own descriptions and don't forget to use a lot of adjectives! Good luck!

My name is Angus McBangus. I have made a very silly mistake. I have taken the royal adorning jewel (the most treasured and admired jewel in all of the kingdom) found in the King's crown and run away with it. Now, all of the royal guards in all of the kingdom are after me. So far, they have chased me through 3 countries. I am afraid that I will have to keep running for the rest of my life! But, even then, what are the chances of me lasting as a fugitive for that long? I might as well surrender. Yes, that's what I'll do! I will surrender to the guard and give them the royal crown jewel! Maybe then they will go easy on me and not give me a long time in prison. I sure hope so! What do you think?<span />

Which story is an example of a character arc? please help
Dennis_Churaev [7]
C - the arc depends on the protagonist having a shift in outlook through an interaction or activity that involves the antagonist, resulting in a different viewpoint than before.. This is the only instance where there is (literally an arc) where emotional change occurs after an event
