Vitamins can repair muscle damage when taken after an exhaustive exercise. During the process of an exercise activity muscles that are used develop micro tears within its fibers. This inhibits muscle growth and overall performance improvements and is the reason why after exercise you feel sore or your muscles seem to be burning. 

Taking vitamins would help aid in the repair of these damaged muscles quickly and will help you to recover from strenuous activities.
